关于鼻咽癌

鼻咽癌是一种较为常见的恶性肿瘤，我国是全球鼻咽癌患者数量最多的国家，其中主要的发病因素与EB病毒感染有关，早期和局部晚期鼻咽癌的生存率已经有了明显的提升。但是仍有约20%的患者会复发或远处转移，这部分患者的预后很差，治疗过程中会出现如吞咽困难、颈部组织损伤、皮肤毒性、急性血液学毒性、声带功能障碍、甲状腺功能减退等毒性反应。因此，需要寻找一种能降低毒性反应，提高生活质量且具有更优疗效的创新型治疗手段。
